BRIAN R. MASON
Attorney at Law

  • Attorney Brian Mason received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2007 and received awards for obtaining the highest grade in California Evidence, Criminal Law, California Civil Procedure, Trial Practice and Legal Writing during his law school career.
  • Prior to his law degree, Brian received a bachelor's degree in Sociology with concentrations in "crime and deviance" and politics and social movements" from the University of Oregon in 2003.
  • Brian is a member of the distinguished American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA"). Less than 1% of all lawyers in the United States are allowed membership only by invitation and after the lawyer has completed a certain number of jury trials. Brian was inducted into this prestigous group in 2020 after having been the lead and solo attorney succesfully trying more than 2 dozen civil and criminal trials by jury.   
  • In addition to his work as a Plaintiff's lawyer, Brian also works as an in-house defense counsel for a major insurance company in California. None of Brian's Plaintiff cases can conflict with that company. However, his inside knowledge of the insurance industry is priceless for those Plaintiff's that he can help.
  • Additionally, Brian teaches Legal Writing II to law students at Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
  • In addition to being a member of ABOTA, Brian was voted as a SuperLawyer Rising Star in 2018, 2019 and 2020. He was also voted into the prestigous TOP 100 Personal Injury Lawyers in America Club and the National Top 100 Trial Lawyers. 

JOSHUA R. MASON
Attorney at Law

  • Attorney Josh Mason received his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 2004.
  • Prior to his law degree, Josh received a bachelor's degree in English from the Western Oregon University in 2003.
  • Josh has worked exclusively on family law matters since his admission to the State Bar in 2004. Prior to becoming an attorney Josh also worked as a law clerk for a family law firm. 
  • Josh handles all aspects of family law cases including divorce, spousal support, child support, child custody, property division, and adoptions.
