No. Meetings are by appointment only. Please call first so we can schedule a consultation.
What is my case worth?
Every case is different. Case value depends on liability, injuries, medical treatment, future care needs, lost income, pain and suffering, insurance coverage, available defendants, comparative fault, and the strength of the evidence.
Does The Mason Firm accept every case?
No. The firm carefully reviews potential cases to determine whether it is the right fit. If the firm cannot accept a case, it may still provide general guidance or suggest other options when appropriate.

The Mason Firm handles serious personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, civil rights, trucking accident, car accident, motorcycle accident, nursing home abuse, premises liability, traumatic brain injury, and catastrophic injury cases.
How long do personal injury cases take?
The timeline depends on the facts, injuries, medical treatment, insurance coverage, liability disputes, and whether litigation is necessary. Some cases resolve before a lawsuit is filed, while others require extensive litigation or trial preparation. For those that go all the way to trial, it can take years to resolve the matter.
What should I bring to a free case review?
Helpful materials include photos, videos, police reports, medical records, insurance information, witness information, incident reports, correspondence, and any documents related to the injury or death.
